I am ready to move on to something totally different now. I really enjoy adding flock, fur and feathers to sculpts but I hate working with polymer clay.
Hope you are having a good weekend. We are finally having a warm, sunny day here.
Your're rabbits are so cute! You have done a tremendous job, they look perfect! The weather is very spring-like here in the UK too! Kind regards, Brian.
GORGEOUS Catherine!!!! I look forward to see your next project....so pleased your weather is starting to warm up, we have just entered into Autumn.....Winter's on the way! Linda x
Hudson is sitting here beside me, I showed him your new rabbits.....he had a huge smile and reached out to touch them.....even Hudson likes your work!!!!
If you don't like polymer clay maybe you should have a try to work with air drying clay. It is a completely different kind of sculpting and even though I work mainly with polymer I prefer air drying clay.
Welcome to my blog!
I am artist and a metalsmith. I have always loved miniatures and dollhouses. My interest in making miniatures is not restricted to the metal work I do. This year I plan to design and build a dollhouse.
I do not sell the miniatures I am making right now while I am trying to build my own collection.
Who is Kilmouski? ... He's my cat. And he sits right next to me no matter how many hours I work.

Cute as a bunny! (hahaha…)
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should consider a different polymer clay? It shouldn't be such a chore or a challenge to work with.
Your're rabbits are so cute! You have done a tremendous job, they look perfect!

Kind regards, Brian.

ReplyDeleteIf you don't like polymer clay maybe you should have a try to work with air drying clay. It is a completely different kind of sculpting and even though I work mainly with polymer I prefer air drying clay.
