I have been playing with kits because I haven't been able to go to work. I am waiting for all the medical restrictions to come to an end. Bored out of my mind!!!
I thought I would share a new butlers tray-table made by McQueenie Miniatures. They offer two styles. I like their kits because I don't have to stain them. I just sand them, apply Tung oil and finish with #0000 steal wool & Johnson's paste wax.
You can adjust the height you want the table to be and the tray is removable.

Es buena señal que usted pueda trabajar, aunque sea en un kit de bandeja.

ReplyDeleteThe chair was made by Colin Bird. I am happy to say... I am waiting for one of his settee's that is very much like the chair. http://www.colinbird.co.uk/
I think kits are great fun. I've been putting together some ancient Cassidy Creations kits for my half-inch scale Fairfield. Cheers to you on recovering from your surgery!
ReplyDeletethe table is very nice, but what I like most are the beautiful glasses and bottles! so realistic! magnificent photography!
ReplyDeletehow are your eyes? better?
xxx Caterina
I hope you get better soon... Everything in the photo is really good. I loved the tray!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous little setting, the tray table looks amazing.....I'm finding it (very) hard to wait for mine to arrive.
ReplyDeleteLinda...I am sure you will be delighted with it! If I was going to make another one I would be sure that the top piece fit all the way down into the grooves on the tray legs. Oth wise your tray will not sit level.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful setting! I really love it!
ReplyDeleteThe tray from McQueenie is so pretty , it looks together with Colin`s chair perfect.
How do you feel? Are your eyes better today?
Hugs,
Karin
