A Brand New Kit by McQueenie Miniatures

I have been playing with kits because I haven't been able to go to work. I am waiting for all the medical restrictions to come to an end. Bored out of my mind!!!

I thought I would share a new butlers tray-table made by McQueenie Miniatures. They offer two styles. I like their kits because I don't have to stain them. I just sand them, apply Tung oil and finish with #0000 steal wool & Johnson's paste wax.

You can adjust the height you want the table to be and the tray is removable.

  1. Es buena señal que usted pueda trabajar, aunque sea en un kit de bandeja.
Me alegra que este bien, y se este recuperando!

  11. Thanks Everyone!

The chair was made by Colin Bird. I am happy to say... I am waiting for one of his settee's that is very much like the chair. http://www.colinbird.co.uk/

  12. I think kits are great fun. I've been putting together some ancient Cassidy Creations kits for my half-inch scale Fairfield. Cheers to you on recovering from your surgery!

  16. Linda...I am sure you will be delighted with it! If I was going to make another one I would be sure that the top piece fit all the way down into the grooves on the tray legs. Oth wise your tray will not sit level.
