I Can't Stand Up...Yet.

Linda http://miraclechicken.blogspot.com/ and I decided to collaborate on her William Morris wing chair. She found the silk she wanted online and mailed it to me. I also made a pillow for it.

I can't wait to see it finished with the front legs she is going to carve for it.

  1. What a fantastic collaboration! You have done a perfect job on the upholstery again. It is a beautiful chair, even without the legs. I look forward to seeing it complete!

  3. What a perfect job of putting on the fabric you have done!

I very much noticed the section of the print you chose to place on the narrow, front strip of the arms, it perfectly emphasized the shape of that section of the chair.

  4. Beautiful chair. I'd love it for my house. Perhaps it might match the wallpaper in my Victorian Dollhouse. IndyPoppy

  11. Amazing work! It doesn't look like a miniature at all. May I ask where Linda found her fabric?

  19. Thanks Everyone!

Elga... I have a very hard time finding this silk. I buy what I like when I can find it. I have only found something useable four times in five months of searching.
